Skybox Booking Agreement

  • Artist will play 3 sets 45/55 mins each. Artist will be paid via check at the end of the night by the manager on duty.

    Load in at the latest 7:30. Start time is 9pm, end time is just after last call (12:30am). After bartenders announce "last call", artist should begin their last song. Should be done by 12:35ish.

    Our venue has a professional built-in sound system and good stage lighting as well. Sound engineer will be provided. Additional technical information is available here: https://skyboxrestaurant.com/tech-specs/

    Cover is normally $5 for guests, we manage the door. If there is an exception it will be noted below.

    All members should be 21+.

    We expect bands to promote through their channels, and not play competing shows (no other events within 3 weeks).

    For the Facebook events, we ask that the artist create the Facebook event and let us know, we will then add your event to our Facebook page (We can do this via the three-dot menu of the event on Facebook - or just tag SkyboxSportsBar as a co-host).

    Please feel free to post using hashtag #SkyboxLive online, and tag us @SkyboxSportsBar on Instagram or Facebook. We would appreciate if you can post pictures during the night of the event or the next day, please ask friends and fans to take photos for future promotional use!

    Your artist information appearing on our website is powered by an artist information page on the website MusicIDB.com. You can update the pictures, videos, embedded music, links, spelling, genres and location as needed any time by visiting that website and find your artist page with the search.

    Bands can have have a few people on a guest list. You can use 360 lounge as a backstage green room if it does not get reserved prior to load-in. Skybox is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment or gear.

    We may create a poster or graphic for the event, please email your logo (as .png file with transparent background if possible) and group photo (as .jpg file at least 1000px wide at 72dpi) to Booking@TheSkyboxRestaurant.com.

    Cancellations - we reserve the right to cancel or post-pone the event. Occasionally but rarely sports playoff games may lead to a show being post-poned. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please provide at least 6 weeks notice or a replacement band of equal draw and talent.

    Please ensure you have provided a phone number in case we need to reach you directly.
